Tactical Strategy is something that favors the person who can think critically. This without a doubt applies more to Nen in Hunter x Hunter.

I for sure grown to appreciate the ability to work with undeveloped ability. Obviously this applies to the Dragon Ball universe with Ki.

The winner between the two comes down to preference really.
Do you prefer having to think out what you’re doing in battle, or earn your reputation solely based off your sheer ability?
